<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging a cell at a given position on a base plate. <P>SOLUTION: By crosslinking albumin, an insoluble albumin film holding cell-nonadhesive properties being inherent in natural albumin is prepared.
