<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrofusion joint and its producing method, which increases the joining strength between a connection cylinder and a coupling cylinder of an inner cylindrical body. <P>SOLUTION: The inner cylindrical body 22 is formed by integrally connecting the connection cylinders 24A, 24B, and 24C made of thermoplastic resin to each other with the coupling cylinders 25 made of a heat resistant resin. An electric heating wire is wound around the outer peripheral surfaces of the connection cylinders 24A, 24B, and 24C of the inner cylindrical body 22. The intermediate extended portion 28a of the electric heating wire 28 is extended along the outer peripheral surface of the coupling cylinder 25. In this state, an outer cylindrical body 23 made of heat resistant resin is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical body 22. In the electrofusion joint 21 thus formed, rugged portions 34 are provided on the connecting end faces of the coupling cylinder 25 of the inner cylindrical body 22 to the respective connection cylinders 24A and 24B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
