<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a system which can protect privacy and reduce the leakage risk of video data by solving the problem that a conventional monitoring system stores video images from a monitoring camera in a server device as they are so that the video images can be browsed without any restriction and a person to be photographed worries indeed about how the video images are preserved and when and how the video images are used. <P>SOLUTION: A file is stored while being encrypted, a key used for encryption is encrypted and stored by a public key of a server, and a private key paired with the public key is stored in the server. When decrypting the file, the private key is acquired by transmitting a reason of browsing to the server, and a history of browsing is disclosed in the server, so that free browsing is suppressed by monitoring a third party. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
