TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND CONDUCTIVE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which has high conductivity and excellent permeability and provide its manufacturing method and a conductive member.

SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film contains and is composed of carbon nanotubes with an inner diameter of 3 nm or more, contained in a ratio of 50 or more out of 100 carbon nanotubes on a film, and carbon nanotubes having a number of layers of a single layer to 5 layers, contained in a ratio of 50 or more out of 100 carbon nanotubes with an inner diameter of 3 nm or more. The manufacturing method of the above film and a conductive member are provided.
