PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a refrigerating device 10 by reducing heat loss of a compressor 30 in the refrigerating device 10 comprising a coated heat insulating member 15 collectively covering the compressor 30 and an accumulator 31. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device comprising a refrigerant circuit 20 to which the compressor 30 and the accumulator 31 are connected, and the coated heat insulating member 15 collectively covering the compressor 30 and the accumulator 31, comprises a first heat insulating member 38 disposed between the compressor 30 and the accumulator 31 for thermally insulating the compressor 30 and the accumulator 31 from each other, and a second heat insulating member 39 for thermally insulating a bottom surface of the compressor 30 by covering the same, provided in a space at an inner side of the coated heat insulating member 15.
