PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spherical body from vibrating in a cylindrical case even if pulsation due to flow of compressed air occurs in the cylindrical case. SOLUTION: Differential pressure action means 6a, 6b generating a differential pressure in which the pressure acting on a downstream side outer circumference surface becomes negative in relation to the pressure acting on an upstream side outer circumference surface of the spherical valve 5 when compressed air flows from a lead-in port 2a side to a lead-out port 3a side through the spherical valve 5, and pressing the spherical valve 5 against a seat part 6a of a valve retainer 6 by the differential pressure are provided in the cylindrical case 4.
