PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying method for a highly-durable concrete product which enables safe and easy construction irrespective of the level of worker's skill, and can shorten a construction period and reduce cost. SOLUTION: In the concrete product 5, a plurality of U-shaped safe bars 6 and a height adjusting member 7 are protrusively provided at predetermined intervals in predetermined locations on a back surface. This laying method comprises: a bed creation step A; a concrete-product temporarily-placing step B of lifting the concrete product by locking a lifting device to the U-shaped safe bars, moving the concrete product to a prescribed position under a lifted state, temporarily placing the concrete product on the top surface of a bed via the U-shaped safe bars 6, and subsequently detaching the lifting device locked to the U-shaped safe bar; a concrete product installation step C of installing the concrete product by adjusting the height of the concrete product temporarily placed on the top surface of the bed; and a concrete pouring step D of pouring freshly-mixed concrete into a space K2 between the bed and the concrete product.
