PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire hanger capable of preventing the side (excessive portion) opposite to the hanging down side of a chain from staying on an upper side of a road wheel. SOLUTION: A position where a fitting part 15 of a hanging down member 3 is fitted to a hub hole 22 of the load wheel 21 is offset in an opposite direction to an arrangement side of a delivery port 12out of a carry case 12 relative to a center 22C of the hub hole 22, the hanging down member 13 is displaced in an offset direction of the fitting part 15 as a whole, and a discharge space 23 for penetrating the other end side 11B of the chain 11 is ensured between the hanging down member 13 and the hub hole 22. Thereby, the delivery port 12out further approaches to the center 22C of the hub hole 22 and the other end side 11B of the chain 11 can be smoothly penetrated through the discharge space 23.
