PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealing foam film which combines heat resistance and heat-sealing performance and has a front surface strength improved by making a front surface layer overlie a foam layer and an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: The heat-sealing foam film is a laminated polyolefin foam film which consists of at least four layers comprising a foam layer (A), a sealing layer (C), an intermediate layer (B) arranged between the layers (A) and (C) and a front surface layer (D) overlying the side of the foam layer (A) not overlaid with the intermediate layer (B). The intermediate layer (B) and the front surface layer (D) are practically unfoamed. The heat-sealing foam film is based on a propylene polymer having properties (1) a melt flow rate of 0.1-20 g/10 min, (2) a melting point, Tm, of 147-159°C, measured with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and (3) a half-width, HW, of the melting peak, measured with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and Tm meeting the condition: 1.54≤((188-Tm)/5)-Hw≤1.86.
