PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bad effect caused by the solidification of cement fine particles when turbid water containing the cement fine particles due to spraying concrete for timbering is purified. SOLUTION: This turbid water treatment tank comprises a water storage tank 12 for storing turbid water containing the cement fine particles as a floating substance, a bubble generator 14 arranged in the water storage tank 12, a floating substance granulation accelerating plate 16 arranged above the bubble generator 14 in the water storage tank 12 and having a plurality of through-holes 17 for passing the bubbles and the floating substance produced from the bubble generator 14 and a recovery container 18 for accumulating the flocculated floating substance arranged under the respective through-holes 17 of the floating substance granulation accelerating plate 16. The floating substance SS in the turbid water W introduced into the water storage tank 12 passes through the through-holes 17 to sediment and the floating substance SS is captured by the bubbles B when the bubbles B from the bubble generator 14 pass through the through-holes 17.
