PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency coil assembly and a magnetic resonance imaging device which make them applicable for specimens of different sizes without degrading sensitivity. SOLUTION: The high-frequency coil assembly 10 is built up with high-frequency coils 11, 12, 13 and 14 arrayed surrounding the specimen M from outside. The high-frequency coils 11-14 are each provided with a plurality of choke coils. The choke coils play a role of adjusting induction components between the high-frequency coils adjacent to each other according to changes in the area of overlapped portions between the high-frequency coils adjacent to each other.
