PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health apparatus which can carry out exercise of moving not only feet but also many parts of a body. SOLUTION: The health apparatus has stepping parts 1 and 1 near its lower end while a grip part 2 which enables a user to hang himself on it being held with hands is arranged above the stepping parts 1 and 1. The stepping parts 1 and 1 may be mounted so as to be rockable on a shaft part 8 provided between left and right posts 5 and 5. The stepping parts 1 and 1 may be provided with protrusions 12 at respective upper end parts for stimulating soles of the user.
