<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection work by a patch cord and to ensure the normality of each part about an optical wavelength multiplex transmitting device in which internal connection is performed by the patch cord. <P>SOLUTION: The optical wavelength multiplex transmitting device including interface panels including client side transmitting part and receiving part and network side transmitting part and receiving part, a wavelength multiplex separation panel including a multiplexing part and separating part, and a control panel, wherein the respective parts are connected by a patch cord is provided with an OMA (Optical Modulation Amplitude) analysis processing panel including a light power measuring part for measuring transmitting light power of a client side transmitting part, an extinction ratio measuring part for measuring an extinction ratio of transmitting light of the client side transmitting part, a calculation processing part for performing judgement processing whether to adapt to an OMA standard on the basis of light power measured by the light power measuring part, the extinction ratio measured by the extinction ratio measuring part and interface panel classification information notified from the control panel, and a display part for displaying a judgement result of the calculation processing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
