ALLOY COATED FILM FOR METAL SEPARATOR OF FUEL CELL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, SPUTTERING TARGET MATERIAL, METAL SEPARATOR, AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy coating film for a metal separator of a fuel cell excelling in corrosion resistance, low in contact resistance, capable of keeping the low contact resistance over a long period even in a corrosive atmosphere, and excelling in productivity; a method for producing the same; a metal separator; and a fuel cell.

SOLUTION: This alloy coating film for a metal separator of a fuel cell is characterized by containing at least one noble metal element selected from Au and Pt and at least one non-noble metal element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Nb, Hf and Ta, and having a thickness of ≥2 nm. The alloy coating film for a metal separator of a fuel cell is further characterized in that the noble metal element/non-noble metal element in atomic ratio is from 35/65 to 95/5.
