<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device of high picture quality while suppressing variation of the luminance. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes n-channel TFT 112a and TFT 112b in the same conductivity type, both of which are connected in series, with the respective gates connected to the same scanning line WSL and with a first terminal of the TFT 112a connected to a signal line SGL, wherein the manufacturing process is controlled to make the threshold voltage of the n-channel TFT 112a different from that of the n-channel TFT 112. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
