<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability during operating a bathroom acoustic system. <P>SOLUTION: An operation panel 30A side for main control for controlling an air conditioner main body 14 is provided with an operation panel 30B for audio control, and the operation panel for audio panel is provided with an audio circuit part. A speaker system 26 is provided at the air conditioner main body side to which an audio output from the audio circuit part is supplied. An audio circuit part is put together at the operation panel side for audio control, and operability is greatly improved by mounting a speaker on the air conditioner main body side. Since the audio circuit part is mounted on a wall of other room, repair inspection work, adding work of the audio circuit part, or the like is easily performed. Since the speaker is mounted in the air conditioner main body, maintenance and inspection work of the speaker, adding work of a speaker, or the like is made easy.
