<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generating an instantaneous state in an arbitrary phase angle in order to test the influence of an erroneous operation of an electronic apparatus due to instantaneous interruption of a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: A waveform shaping circuit 20 of a commercial power supply, a differentiating circuit 21 and an integrating circuit 22 generate a sawtooth wave synchronized with a power supply frequency and the generated sawtooth wave is transmitted to a comparator circuit 24, and a peak hold circuit 23 uses a peak value as a reference voltage. In a phase setting means 26, a voltage obtained by dividing the reference voltage is transmitted to the comparator circuit, and the voltage is compared to a voltage value of the power supply to generate a trigger signal at an arbitrary phase angle, and the trigger signal is transmitted to a control section 1. The control section 1 transmits an instantaneous interruption generating signal to a switch section 3 at a delay time previously set by a delay setting means 13, interrupts the power supply in a short time T2 set by the instantaneous interruption time setting means 12, and inspects an electronic apparatus while bringing the power supply of inspection equipment into an instantaneous interruption state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
