PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exert fuel spitting prevention effect while minimizing deterioration in intake performance, in a fuel spitting prevention member disposed to the upstream of a carburetor in a gasoline engine. SOLUTION: The fuel spitting prevention member 12A disposed and between the carburetor and an air cleaner element 14 in an intake passage 3 of the gasoline engine, and a block part 125A arranged to be approximately vertical to a direction of movement of the spitted fuel. A part of the block part 125A is directly collided with the spitted fuel, and the part is formed of a net material 120.
