PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-conductive polyimide belt that exhibits excellent bend resistance and hardly causes breakage from a belt edge during being driven, when this belt is used as an intermediate transfer belt or the like in an electrophotographic recording device. SOLUTION: The semi-conductive polyimide belt is made of a polyimide resin containing a conductive agent, wherein positron annihilation lifetimeτ<SB>2</SB>at 50°C measured by a positron annihilation method is≥0.32 ns.
