PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip made of plastic preventing the separation at a chip end , a manufacturing process therefor, and a biochip or a microanalysis chip. SOLUTION: The microchip made of plastic described in Claim 1 is formed by bonding a plastic substrate having a microflow passage on the surface and a plastic film via an adhesive, wherein the circumference of the plastic film is located at a position inside of the plastic substrate, and preferably the distance between the circumference of the plastic film and that of the plastic substrate is 0.2 mm or greater.
