PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio apparatus which can prevent sink on the external surface of a cabinet when a speaker box is formed integrally on the cabinet constituting an external casing, and constitutes a speaker box using a material less expensive than the external cabinet constituting an appearance surface and having hardness or heat resistance advantageous in sound quality. SOLUTION: The cabinet composed of an external casing is formed of three parts such as a front cabinet 20, an upper cabinet 21 and a lower cabinet 22, speakers 27, 28 are attached on right and left round openings 25, 26 of the front cabinet 20, and cup type speaker boxes 31, 32 molded independently from the cabinets 20, 21, 22 are attached on the inside of each of the round openings 25, 26 of the front cabinet 20 so as to cover portions of the back surface side of the right and left speakers 27, 28.
