PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and useful compound, more concretely, a new compound having an inhibitory activity of transportation between nucleus-cytoplasm, and applicable as an antitumor agent. SOLUTION: This new piericidine derivative expressed by formula (1) or its salt is provided. The piericidine derivative having an extranuclear transportation inhibitory effect inhibits the transportation of various molecules between the nucleus-cytoplasm to inhibit the function of these molecules for exhibiting cellular proliferation inhibitory effects.
