PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect visual confirmation device of a vehicle capable of helping judgment of an occupant watching a mirror surface by easily judging visual confirmation through a constant curvature part of the mirror surface or visual confirmation through a gradually-varying curvature part. SOLUTION: A reflecting mirror 11 of a door mirror 10 is provided with the constant curvature part 12 having a substantially constant radius of curvature of the mirror surface and the gradually-varying curvature part 13 which is continuous to the constant curvature part 12 and having the radius of curvature of the mirror surface gradually decreasing toward an end part.
