PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus which is simply structured, excellent in replacement property of a cleaning member and excellent in handleability. SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus includes an attaching tool 2 foldable into two from the longitudinal center by a hinge mechanism 5; a cleaning member 1 freely detachably mounted on both sides of the attaching tool 2 across the hinge mechanism 5; and a handle part 3 freely detachably connected to the folded base part in the state of folding the attaching tool 2 into two.
