The present invention relates to vitro diagnosis methods of prostate cancer from a test biological sample, comprising measuring the expression level of KIAA0153 in said test biological sample,as well as to methods for screening compounds inhibiting KIAA0153 5 gene expression or biological activity and uses of such KIAA0153 inhibiting compounds.
