The displacing or detaching device has a guide sleeve (1) with a hollow cylindrical sleeve part (2) and has an interlock (5) displaced radially to retaining bars. A handle (8) is provided for releasing the interlock by a displacement against the spring tension. The handle is arranged on the upper side of a collar (9) of the guide sleeve for releasing the interlock. The handle interacts with the displacing device moved vertically to actuating direction of the handle in a horizontal displacing direction of the interlock.
