A LEVER CLIP MECHANISM

A lever clip mechanism, which includes a flat base plate, a couple of first ring fixed on the base plate which are spaced apart and parallel to each other and a ring element fixed movably on the base plate. The ring element includes a couple of second rings, and they are also spaced apart and parallel to each other. Said first ring and said second ring are opposite, so when the lever clip mechanism is closed, the first ring and the second ring form a closed ring. One end of an elastic element is fixed on the base plate and the other end is against the ring element. A protrusive element protrudes up from the base plate. The lever is provided with an opposition section. Said lever is fixed rotatablely on said protrusive element, so said opposition section contacts the ring element. Said elastic element is higher than the lowest section of said ring element. When the lever clip mechanism is closed, the elastic element doesn't contact wrappage, thus the ring of lever clip mechanism can be fully closed and the wappage will not be damaged.
