ORGANIC WASTE LIQUID TREATMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carbonized material with a very small volume by continuously extracting releasable distilled water from organic waste liquid or the like to finally carbonize the liquid.

SOLUTION: An organic waste liquid treatment apparatus comprises a liquid treatment part for performing predetermined treatment of treated liquid, a drying part, and a carbonizing part. The liquid treatment part has a first evaporator 18 for evaporating treated liquid, a second evaporator 20 for evaporating residue unevaporated in the first evaporator 18, and a first partial condenser 19 and a second partial condenser for condensing vapors evaporated in the first and second evaporators respectively in two stages. The predetermined parts of distilled water condensed in the first and second partial condensers are returned to the first evaporator 18. The drying part has a dryer 50 for spraying condensate unevaporated in the second evaporator 20 into a dryer main body 51 to dry it with hot air. The carbonizing part has a carbonizing furnace 60 for carbonizing a powdery material obtained in the drying part.
