摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst electrode for a fuel cell excelling in power generation performance. <P>SOLUTION: This catalyst electrode for a fuel cell includes a catalyst, a catalyst support, an ion liquid, and a fixing agent. The catalyst electrode for a fuel cell is characterized by having a gas passage between the catalyst support and the ion liquid. In the catalyst electrode for a fuel cell, an electron conducting path is formed in the catalyst electrode by the catalyst support, and a proton conducting path is formed by an electrolyte on the catalyst support.
