<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler that can be attached to ends of a pair of spiral cable supports to couple the supports together and is constructed of a single part. <P>SOLUTION: The coupler has a closed-end cylindrical base piece 3 to which an end of a spiral cable support S is inserted from the rear end side and anchored. First and second coupling pieces 4, 5 are erected from an end face of the base piece 3. The first and second coupling pieces are so constructed that side pieces 4a, 4a, 5a, 5a are opposed to each other at both ends of center pieces 4a, 5a in the direction of the length of the center pieces. The first and second coupling pieces are in a groove shape and have the same length. The respective inside faces of the center pieces 4a, 5a are opposed to each other, and the second coupling piece 5 is disposed between the inside faces of the side pieces of the first coupling piece 4. An anchoring projection 9 is provided on the outside face of an elastic tongue 7 formed by making a cut 6 in the center piece 5a of the second coupling piece 5. A receiving hole 11 in such a size that the anchoring projection 9 can be anchored in the direction of length is provided in the center piece 4a of the first coupling piece 4.
