PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve which regulates a positional relation between a stator coil and a rotor in a solenoid-operated valve of a stepping motor drive type. SOLUTION: A fitting/fixing strip portion 70A of an axial direction position setting strip 70 is fitted to fitting/fixing grooves 49 of overturn L-like cross-sectional shapes which are risen and formed forming a pair at an end of a stator member 45. The axial direction position setting strip is detachably positioned and fixed at an end face of the stator member. A case 44 is inserted into a central engagement hole of the stator member, the axial direction position setting strip is put into contact with a top of the case exposed to an outward of an axial direction from the central engagement hole, and the projected portions 73, 74, 75 of the axial direction position setting strip are engaged with recessed portions of an outer periphery of the case to form fitting states of the recessed/projected portions, by which an axial direction position to the case of the stator member is set.
