PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract data which can ensure originality of streaming data and protect privacy from an object to be signed, and to remarkably reduce a data amount of signature related data. SOLUTION: Hash values h<SB>1</SB>, h<SB>2</SB>are paired and hash values h<SB>3</SB>, h<SB>4</SB>are paired in order from the top. The hash values h<SB>2</SB>, h<SB>3</SB>are not paired. Since the number (n) of partial data is odd, a hash value h<SB>5</SB>is isolated. A high-order hash value that becomes a branch source is generated as a hash value of a second stage. A hash value h<SB>1,2</SB>that becomes a branch source node of the hash values h<SB>1</SB>, h<SB>2</SB>is generated and a hash value h<SB>3,4</SB>that becomes a branch source node of the hash values h<SB>3</SB>, h<SB>4</SB>is generated. A hash value h<SB>1,4</SB>of a third stage is also similarly generated. Since the hash value h<SB>1,4</SB>becomes single, a hash value h<SB>1,5</SB>indicating a branch source node is generated using the hash value h<SB>5</SB>that is isolated in leaf.
