PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to downsize a portable terminal slave and to simplify a structure, and increase the waterproofing properties. SOLUTION: When a portable terminal slave 2 which transmits between the slave 2 and master 1 is inserted into a charge slot 30 of a charger 3, the charger 3 feeds an electric power generated from an AC power of a commercial power source to the portable terminal slave 2. The portable terminal slave 2 is charged by the electric power fed from the charger 3. Simultaneously with the charger 3 charging the portable terminal slave 2, the charger 3 selects and decides the setting contents of a notification form based on an operation executed to an operation button 350 of a setting operation part 35 by a user; thereafter, when a transmission button 351 is depressed by the user, an information transmission part transmits a notification form signal containing information of the notification form set by the setting operating part 35 to the portable terminal slave 2, based on a control of the setting operation part 35. The portable terminal slave 2 receives the notification form signal from the charger 3 and fetches the notification form of the received notification form signal for setting.
