PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transducing device in which the amount of incident light to an organic photoelectric conversion element can be increased easily in a view of the whole device, with respect to the photoelectric transducing device using the organic photoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: A plurality of lines and a plurality of rows of organic photoelectric conversion elements 12b are arranged in a matrix from on a transparent substrate 1, and each of signal reading wires 4 is connected to each of the organic photoelectric conversion elements so that the photoelectric transducing device 20 extending to a row direction is constituted. A laminated structure in which one is arranged on the other with a first electric insulating layer 15 or a dielectric layer between is formed by using at least two wires out of the signal reading wires corresponding to each of organic photoelectric conversion elements which constitute each organic photoelectric conversion element row.
