PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap supply device for a cup beverage providing apparatus which can detect a remaining degree of caps in the whole device and thereby can suitably manage stocks of caps. SOLUTION: The cap supply device for the cup beverage providing apparatus, stores caps C to be fitted to a cup with a beverage and supplies each cap C when the beverage is provided is equipped with: a turret board 7; a plurality of cap storing parts 14 storing caps C while being mounted on the turret board 7 and movable along the upper surface of the turret board 7; a driving means 8 for driving the plurality of cap storing parts 14 so that any one of the plurality of cap storing parts 14 is positioned on a prescribed supply position 7a for supplying a cap and other cap storing parts 14 are arranged on prescribed non-supply positions where any cap C cannot be supplied; and a spare cap sensor 23 for detecting the caps C in the cap storing parts 14 at the non-supply positions.
