PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source driver circuit capable of the boosting while suppressing a circuit area. SOLUTION: A plurality of buffer circuits BUF1 to BUFn are disposed every a plurality of data lines DL1 to DLn. Bias line BL_O for odd number supplies a common bias voltage Vb_O for each buffer circuit BUF(2i+1) of the odd number. Bias line BL_E for even number supplies a common bias voltage Vb_E for each buffer circuit BUF(2i) of the even number. A first capacity Co is disposed between an output line OL(2i+1) of each buffer circuit BUF(2i+1) of the odd number and the bias line BL_E for even number.
