PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a deodorized and allergen inactivated state when a user gets into a vehicle to drive. SOLUTION: This ion generating device for the vehicle comprises an ion generator 1 connected to a vehicle power source V without passing through an ignition key switch SW, and a control means for allowing the ion generator to start ion generating operation according to preset conditions regardless of the on/off state of the ignition key switch SW.
