PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device causing no damage on a belt-like metal sheet which has different thicknesses in the width direction and has a continuously uniform shape in the longitudinal direction, when straightening warp in the width direction of the belt-like metal sheet while transferring the belt-like metal sheet in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The device comprises: a delivery part 12 continuously delivering a belt-like metal sheet 10; deformed rolls 22, which are disposed in the irregular face side of the belt-like metal sheet and freely rotatably mounted on a shaft, and have large diameter parts to be brought into contact with thin parts of the belt-like metal sheet and small diameter parts to be brought into contact with thick parts of the sheet, and in which the small diameter parts are relatively rotatable to the large diameter parts; pressing rolls 24, which are disposed in the flat face side of the belt-like metal sheet, freely rotatably mounted on a shaft, brought into contact with the flat face of the belt-like metal sheet, and presses the sheet to the peripheral faces of the deformed rolls; and transferring rolls 64a, 64b, which hold the belt-like metal sheet from both face sides of the sheet and pulls the sheet passing through between the deformed rolls and the pressing rolls.
