The information processing apparatus includes: an identifying means for identifying a group to which a content belongs from predetermined groups based on metadata describing descriptions of a content; and a clustering means for clustering a first set that is a set of the contents whose belonging group is not identified and classifying the first set into a cluster based on the metadata.
