The inflammable pellet device (100) comprises one or multiple auxiliary solid fuel (110,120) as an inflammable component. A non-combustible mold component (130) is also provided, which clogs the solid fuel. The mold component is dimensionally stable during a combustion process. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing pellet devices, which involves forming of the inflammable component, and the form-component under the conditions of a technical vacuum.
