<p>The inventive method for producing an anti-infective agent, consisting in condensing hexamethylene-diamine and a guanidine derivative in the melt and in subsequently purifying a finished product, is carried out for 1-2 hours at a temperature of 160-2000°C with a molar ratio between the hexamethylene-diamine and the guanidine derivative equal to (1:1.2-2), respectively, wherein one of the reagents is used in the form of a salt, the finished product is purified by rubbing or recrystallising in the excess inorganic acid, the hexamethylene-diamine or guanidine salt of which has been used in the condensation reaction, and is washed with ethyl alcohol. The inventive method for producing an anti-infective agent, consisting in condensing hexamethylene-diamine and a guanidine derivative in the melt and in subsequently purifying a finished product, uses hexamethylene-diamine dihydrochloride in the form of a guanidine derivative, the condensation process is carried out for 1-2 hours at a temperature of 180-2000°C with a molar ratio between the hexamethylene-diamine and the guanidine derivative equal to 1:1.2, respectively, and, afterwards, the finished product, prior to purification, is treated by a base or inorganic salt at a temperature of 20-1200°C and is washed with water.</p> |
