A PLASTIC CORRUGATED CARDBOARD FORMING DEVICE AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME

An apparatus and a method for forming a plastic corrugated cardboard are provided to vary hardness of an upper plate and a lower plate of the plastic corrugated cardboard by forming the upper plate and the lower plate using different materials, respectively. An apparatus for forming a plastic corrugated cardboard comprises an upper passage(10), a lower passage(20) and a mold frame(30). Molten plastic is introduced into the upper passage from an upper part. Molten plastic different from the molten plastic introduced to the upper passage is introduced to the lower passage from a lower part. The mold frame forms the plastic corrugated cardboard by using the plastic discharged from the upper passage and the plastic discharged from the lower passage.
