<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce capacity necessary for storage of content without reducing convenience. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processing system, a right data acquisition part 103 acquires right data showing a right to acquire the content desired by a user from a content server. A priority order setting part 104 sets priority order of the content having the right data based on strength of possibility wherein the content is used. A content management part 105 acquires the content not stored in a storage part 108 among the contents having the high priority order from the content server, makes the storage part 108 store it, and deletes the content having the low priority order among the contents stored in the storage part 108 from the storage part 108.
