<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a photoelectric conversion element capable of manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element of high photoelectric conversion efficiency even in the case a base material of low heat-resistant temperature and an electrode of low chemical resistance are used, by preventing degradation of their characteristics, as well as a photoelectric conversion element of high reliability manufactured by such a manufacturing method and an electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a solar battery 1 comprises a process of forming an electron transport layer 4 on an electrode 3 supported by a substrate 2, a process of forming a dye layer D so as to be in contact with the electron transport layer 4, a process of forming an electrode 6 supported by an opposite electrode 7 so as to be separated from the electron transport layer 4 at an opposite side of the substrate 2 of the electron transport layer 4, and a process of forming an electrolyte layer 5 between the electron transport layer 4 and the electrode 6. The electron transport layer 4 is formed by supplying dispersing liquid with particles of a single-crystal material of multiple oxide salt dispersed in a dispersion medium on the electrode 3 to form a liquid-state coating, and then, putting it under heat treatment at a temperature below the heat-resistant temperature, and removing the dispersing medium from inside the liquid-state coating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
