<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high-quality creamy inulin composition which has good processing characteristics and a good taste quality/food feeling. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are the method of manufacturing the creamy inulin composition by adding room-temperature water to inulin or its mixture containing 95% or more of the inulin polymerized to 5 to 29 degrees, and stirring the inulin, the yielded creamy inulin composition, and food and drink, and feed containing the creamy inulin composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
