LIQUID JET HEAD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head having an ejection section in a tapered shape with high precision.

SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the liquid jet head comprises a step of forming a layer of a negative photosensitive resin for forming an ejection nozzle on a substrate, and a step of forming the ejection section by exposing the layer in such a manner that a sectional area of a cross-section parallel to the substrate at the ejection section becomes smaller as it goes toward the ejection nozzle from the substrate. The layer has a prescribed light absorbance with respect to the light to be used in the exposing.
