<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal compressor device providing discharge air with desired flow rate or desired pressure, regardless of factors causing fluctuation in flow rate or pressure of discharge air such as variation in machining accuracy of an impeller itself. <P>SOLUTION: The compressor for fuel cell comprises: an electric motor 10 having a stator for rotary drive of a rotor supporting an impeller; a pair of magnetic bearings 21, 22 supporting the rotor in non-contact state, in a Z axis direction. An air pressure estimation part 25c estimating pressure of discharge pressure is provided. Feedback control of the rotation of the electric motor 10 is performed so that deviation between a feedback signal of the discharge air pressure acquired by the air pressure estimation part 25c and a pressure command signal from an ECU (electronic control unit) mounted to a vehicle becomes zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
