<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase functions of a lighting system for a bicycle without increasing the weight of the bicycle. <P>SOLUTION: This electric power device 12 is provided with a dynamo 30, a front light 26, a power source 46 and a switch 50. The front light 26 is electrically connected to the dynamo 30. The power source 46 is electrically connected to the dynamo 30 in parallel with the front light 26 to charge the dynamo 30. The switch 50 is connected in series with the power source 46, and the power source 46 is controllably connected to the dynamo 30 when the dynamo 30 generates no power. Namely, the dynamo 30 is charged by the power source 46 in a closed state of the switch 50, and the dynamo 30 supplies voltage to the front light 26 in an opened state of the switch 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
