<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in the size of a protector caused by a harness winding part, to reduce the number of components and cost related to a power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply device 1, 21 is provided with the protector 2 having a long opening 11 for swingably leading out a wire harness 14 while storing it; the harness winding part 5, 23 which is movably provided inside the protector 2 and along which the wire harness 14 is arranged to be bendable to regulate the minimum bending radius of the wire harness 14; and an elastic member 6, 24 for energizing the harness winding part 5, 23 to draw the wire harness 14 into inside of the protector 2. The harness winding part 5, 23 is moved to one direction in swinging end positions 11a, 11b of the wire harness 14 by resisting to energizing of the elastic member 6, 24. In the swinging intermediate position 11c of the wire harness 14, the harness winding part 5, 23 is energized by the elastic member 6, 24 and moved to the other direction.
