PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of separately charging for each spot area of a spot base station device. SOLUTION: When a radio channel between the spot base station device 3 and a radio communication terminal 1 is connected, a charging device 4 can independently perform charging for each spot area of the spot base station device 3 because not by a charge system determined uniformly by a mobile communication business owner but by a charge system determined for the spot base station device 3.
